We used Privacy On Demand, through one of their distributors, SW Lanai Curtains & Shade on our Sarasota County property. Darren Spong, from SW Lanai, was a great representative as he took his time, through two visits, to measure, explain the options and provide us several choices of curtain colors. Interesting that there aren’t any recent reviews. The product is great…we’ve had these curtains for over ten years and loved them. But…when it was time to replace them, a new owner had taken over, and the customer service has been very poor. The son (of the owner) who came to measure wouldn’t respond to emails or texts about the job, which resulted in retaining clips being placed in poor positions.
