I had posted a review about how unhappy my daughter was with a color she recently had at the salon. The owner reached out to me today and after discussing what happened she immediately took action. She was truly upset that this happened and apologized more than once. Then the owner asked "what can we do to make this better?" Sometimes, we get so frustrated we let our emotions get ahead of us. I am happy to report the owner has gone above and beyond to make things right. A sincere thank you to Privé salon.
WARNING! Be very careful when you have a service that turns your hair orange and red! they will continue to do Re-dos that make it worse. They have zero empathy and the owners never reach out!! they literally do not care. My daughter was a customer for years until they went full blown train station service fast, sloppy NEXT!! Very disappointed as she has spent thousands of dollars there over the years. and after another 425.00 color and 2 re-dos. not a peep from them. warning! always, ask about their policies before you conf... read more
