I've lived here for 3.5 years and couldn't be happier. The mngmt, Board, and service and amenities are Four Seasons, Auberge, One&Only quality. I've only met very pleasant people living here who respect their community and also say, "I love it here." It's quiet from being on the water and seems very sound resilient -- I don't hear any neighbors.
