Just had a hygiene clean here and OMG – the whole appointment, from start to finish, was so smooth! Sarah was incredibly informative and gentle. She even paused mid-treatment to check if I was okay after I mentioned feeling a little nervous, which I really appreciated. I honestly couldn't recommend her enough! The reception team were lovely too – Jo offered me a drink while I waited, and the manager, Jade, came over to ask how my morning was going.
