I had such a great experience with Priustec and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a Prius. I initially brought the car here because of a check engine light, and Ronaldo was incredibly thorough and generous with his time. He spent almost an hour with us just going through the car, looking into the potential problems, and actually showing us what he was seeing and explaining what the different issues could mean. I recently used PriusTec to repair my Toyota Prius, and I had an excellent experience. Miguel was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my car and what was needed to fix it. My Prius suffered the dreaded brake booster leak. When I called and spoke to Ronaldo it became evident very quickly that he had worked on many a Prius with this exact issue. It is a luxury to have a shop that specializes on these vehicles. Priustec had me back on the road the same day and their pricing was substantially better than a Toyota dealership would have been.
My Prius V had an overheating incident which prompted me to bring it to a local shop. To make the story short, that shop misdiagnosed the problem and unnecessarily replaced the thermostat and damaged the AC compressor in the process. I found Priustec online and brought my car there for a second opinion. Priustec pinpointed the the cause as a water pump failure, and collateral damage to the AC compressor.
