I recently used PriusTec to repair my Toyota Prius, and I had an excellent experience. Miguel was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my car and what was needed to fix it. My Prius suffered the dreaded brake booster leak. When I called and spoke to Ronaldo it became evident very quickly that he had worked on many a Prius with this exact issue. It is a luxury to have a shop that specializes on these vehicles. Priustec had me back on the road the same day and their pricing was substantially better than a Toyota dealership would have been.
My Prius V had an overheating incident which prompted me to bring it to a local shop. To make the story short, that shop misdiagnosed the problem and unnecessarily replaced the thermostat and damaged the AC compressor in the process. I found Priustec online and brought my car there for a second opinion. Priustec pinpointed the the cause as a water pump failure, and collateral damage to the AC compressor. Excellent service. They repaired the battery on my hybrid car and everything works perfectly now. Very professional, honest, and fast service. I highly recommend this shop for hybrid battery repairs.
Ronaldo is super cool and very knowledgeable! I knew from the first time speaking with him that he wasn't going to screw me over like the Toyota dealership. He was able to fix my problem quickly and for 1/5th of what Toyota wanted to charge. This guy is my go to for my Prius now. I highly recommend this guy for your hybrid and EV needs.
