Pros, install was easy enough. mobile tech guy met us at a near location and put in a new battery quickly. Cons- Battery life only lasted a year before a fault light came on. took car in and verified that yes the hybrid battery was failing. Called warranty dept they asked for mileage of car. then they denied my claim stating we didn't drive it enough. the warranty guide says min 5500 annually and 20000 max and we drove it 7900 but because the new year has started with still 5 1/2 months left they are stating we don't meet th... read more

Stay away from Prius King. We paid $3,800 for a hybrid battery with a supposed 5-year warranty, and it has already failed twice in only 3 months. The last repair didn’t even last one week.🤬🤬🤬 Even with the warranty active, they still charged ridiculous service fees both times. That is unacceptable, shady, and completely unprofessional.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 In my opinion, this place is a scam. Their warranty is worthless, their service is irresponsible, and their ethics are nonexistent. I would never recommend Prius King to anyone.

Ali, the technician that came out to install my hybrid battery, was the most professional, patient, knowledgeable and caring tech. He was thorough and patient to answer all my questions along the way. Highly recommend.

Ali was so knowledgeable, has willing to answer any question we had. He taught us thinks we didn’t even know about our car. I highly recommend Prius king to anyone who has a Prius.

PriusKings beat the quote from the Toyota Dealership by a mile. Very reasonable price, great customer service and communication, and super easy on my end. From first contact to service completion it was just a few days, less than a week including a weekend. Highly recommend.
