Great service provided by Ali and the PK team. The technician was very friendly, arrived promptly and delivered what he promised. My car is running excellent and I have had no issues since. Thank you Priuskings and Ali!
Prompt, professional, and reliable. The tech was super knowledgeable and took the time to show me what was going on with my old pack before installing the replacement. Customer service like this is hard to find. My Altima is running great now—no more dash lights!
Five stars isn't enough for Prius Kings. The service tech Aly was friendly, respectful, and expert-level knowledgeable. He had my old hybrid battery out and the new one installed in no time. Drove it on a long road trip right after and the Prius is running great!
Prius Kings saved the day! I was dreading dealership prices, but these guys offered a fantastic price and top-notch service. The tech was very professional, polite, and efficient. My Prius is running great, smooth, and quiet. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service from start to finish. The technician who worked on my car was super knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly without any high-pressure sales tactics. After the hybrid battery replacement, my Camry is running great and my gas mileage is back up where it belongs.
