Daniel and the team at Priuskings are excellent! Daniel was very easy to deal with and he arrived early to diagnose and resolve our cars battery issue. Definitely will recommend their service!
Excellent service provided by Daniel and the team at Priuskings. After placing an order my battery arrived with the technician a few days later. Daniel seem to know a lot about hybrid and performed a diagnostic before proceeding. It only took him one hour to do the job. Way better than the dealership. Thank you Daniel and priuskings!
Very disappointed. The only reason I’m giving one star is because Daniel, the technician, was kind and professional. The company, however, was a completely different story. It took almost three weeks just to schedule an appointment. Communication was poor throughout, and they made promises they didn’t deliver on. They initially told me the battery shipment would take about 5 days, but it ended up taking over a week. For a company that specializes in hybrid batteries, this doesn’t make sense. Very responsive when I reached out and the repair was quick and as advertised. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to reach out and ask for updates instead of them communicating first.
Excellent service from a team that clearly knows what they’re doing. The technician was polite, thorough, and left no mess behind. My Prius is back in action, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. So glad I went with PriusKings.
