Priuskings is the best! My Lexus 200H's hybrid battery was on its last leg, and I was dreading the replacement cost. Priuskings not only gave me a fantastic price, but their service was also exceptional. The team was friendly and replaced the battery quickly. The new battery works perfectly, and their warranty gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I first had a decent experience here even though the battery that was replaced had to be worked on again 2 separate times which was annoying but I understand refurbished batteries aren’t always great. The first couple times I used my warranty or I thought that I used it they just had me drive to them and they fixed it, but less than 2 years later the battery cells in section 2 go bad so I reach out to find out that in order to use my 3 year warranty I need to pay $150 for them to take it out and then a complex list of exact ... read more

I paid to have my air conditioning fixed here and it was a complete failure. It worked for about a day, then went back to blowing hot air. When I called them, they insisted they had done their job and that it must be a new problem, which would require a new, expensive repair. They are dishonest and incompetent.

I brought my car in for a brakes service because they were squeaking. The mechanic said he fixed it, but they are just as noisy as before. I called to see if I could bring it back and they told me it was a "normal sound" and that I should just ignore it. I'm now going to another shop to get this fixed correctly.
