Fantastic service and customer care. The technician took the time to walk me through the warranty and even gave me some tips to keep my hybrid running efficiently. Very impressed with Priuskings and their professionalism.
I brought my car in for an oil change. The staff was incredibly rude and impatient, acting like I was bothering them. They didn't listen to my concerns and just rushed me out the door. The entire experience was unprofessional and made me feel like they don't care about their customers at all.

Priuskings is the best! My Lexus 200H's hybrid battery was on its last leg, and I was dreading the replacement cost. Priuskings not only gave me a fantastic price, but their service was also exceptional. The team was friendly and replaced the battery quickly. The new battery works perfectly, and their warranty gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!
I first had a decent experience here even though the battery that was replaced had to be worked on again 2 separate times which was annoying but I understand refurbished batteries aren’t always great. The first couple times I used my warranty or I thought that I used it they just had me drive to them and they fixed it, but less than 2 years later the battery cells in section 2 go bad so I reach out to find out that in order to use my 3 year warranty I need to pay $150 for them to take it out and then a complex list of exact ... read more
