Stay away from Prius King. We paid $3,800 for a hybrid battery with a supposed 5-year warranty, and it has already failed twice in only 3 months. The last repair didn’t even last one week. Even with the warranty active, they still charged ridiculous service fees both times. That is unacceptable, shady, and completely unprofessional. In my opinion, this place is a scam. Their warranty is worthless, their service is irresponsible, and their ethics are nonexistent. I would never recommend Prius King to anyone.
