Bob showed up right on time and had my battery replaced and car up and running within an hour. He even took the time to explain the issue with the battery and showed me some other issues showing up in his system unrelated to the battery. Would recommend this service to anyone experiencing hybrid battery issues with their Prius.

I had a great experience with Priuskings. It took a day or two to get the appointment scheduled, but once we did, everything went very smoothly. The customer service people were responsive on email, and the technician, Bob, was super friendly. He did a full diagnostic on the car. Fortunately the battery was the problem, and he replaced it quickly within an hour. Price was good, service excellent, and so far the car drives great!
I can’t say enough good things about Prius Kings! I called around for a battery replacement for my 2007 Prius, and they were by far the most reasonable with pricing. The whole process was smooth, and Bob was super helpful. My car runs like new again. Highly recommend!
