I had such a great experience with them over the phone. They were very kind and professional. I was fortunate enough to get Eric, who was compassionate and helpful on the phone in a matter of minutes. He was able to point me in the right direction. This is where my business will be going in the future for my battery needs.
Max was very helpful and showed up on time to perform a hybrid battery replacement on our 2008 Toyota Camry. It was obvious he had done this many times as it only took him 30 minutes to have the new battery installed. He performed a diagnostic afterwards and even took it for a test drive to be sure everything was functioning properly. Great service by Prius kings and their wonderful technician Max!
Max from Prius Kings was excellent to work with. He arrived the following day after we set up an appointment and was on time and very professional. Their prices were better than any other services we found and they had a great warranty. He even cleaned our air filter and airflow sensor for no additional cost. Thank you
