Fair, prompt and knowledgeable
After some initial hesitation, I purchased the battery. It required a deposit only. I paid the balance when the job was completed. The technician, Max, was excellent. He kept in contact with me from the time I left the deposit until the job was completed. He did at least three diagnostic tests while I was with him. He made sure the car would run well. And it does.!!!! I saved a lot of money using the “Kings” instead of the dealer.!!! Thank you.!!!
Max, my technician, was efficient, effective, amiable and informed. The hybrid battery pack install experience was Super easy and incredibly convenient. Rest assured that after dealing w priuskings emails and online chats and scheduling, there will be lovely, competent and personable humans working with you.
