After some initial hesitation, I purchased the battery. It required a deposit only. I paid the balance when the job was completed. The technician, Max, was excellent. He kept in contact with me from the time I left the deposit until the job was completed. He did at least three diagnostic tests while I was with him. He made sure the car would run well. And it does.!!!! I saved a lot of money using the “Kings” instead of the dealer.!!! Thank you.!!!
Max, my technician, was efficient, effective, amiable and informed. The hybrid battery pack install experience was Super easy and incredibly convenient. Rich was a fantastic technician. Priuskings sent him to perform a diagnostic and replace the battery in our 2007 Toyota Camry. It only took him an hour to do the job and he did a test drive after the replacement to be sure everything was functioning properly. He also ran a complete computer diagnostic to be sure the battery was performing correctly. Great service!
