I contacted Prius Kings many times over my disappointment that the battery they installed does not perform properly-it does not charge 100% depletes quickly and affects MPG. I was very happy with the service to my 2010 Prius by PruisKings, which was half the cost of the Toyota dealership! I had to drive from the Eastern Shore of Maryland to a particular shopping center parking lot in Philadelphia to get my hybrid battery replaced as it had a battery failure warning and the acceleration was sluggish. The repairman, Max, drove from New York to Philly so we both met in the middle. Priuskings repaired the battery and then they're was an issue again. I took the car back and spoke with the technician Max. It turned out that my ABS was not working properly so it may have affected charging the battery. Max took the car to have it checked out. I was able to have Atila repair the ABS and now all is good. Max went above and beyond, very courteous and professional. Atila was able to schedule me in to fix the issues and now no more warning lights on the dashboard!
