Max was excellent and very knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure the battery was installed correctly. The car rubs perfectly now!
I contacted Prius Kings many times over my disappointment that the battery they installed does not perform properly-it does not charge 100% depletes quickly and affects MPG. I was told it was not suppose to act like a new battery. I said how about it performing like the old one before it started to failed!? I am the original owner of this 07 Prius.
