Priuskings where a fantastic company to deal with. After speaking with Alex on the telephone I decided to go with a three year warranty battery option for a great price which included installation. I had to pay a small fee for the technician to travel to my workplace but it was well worth it. He got the job done in about 35 minutes. I cannot think Prius kings and they're wonderful staff enough. I will tell all of my friends who own a hybrid about their service.
They were very professional and got the job gone in a timely manner. I would recommend Priuskings to anyone for hybrid vehicle service, They were amazing. Their phone sales team and technicians were very courteous. Great team!
They were honest and very reasonable. Max was able to successfully fix multiple issues that other mechanic shops were not able to. Highly recommend them for hybrid battery work as well as other electrical issues. Great staff and friendly phone service.
The hybrid battery went bad in my 16 year old Prius and I saw Priuskings had a shop in my area. They had the battery I needed and I could pick it up the following day as I was installing it myself. AC was super helpful and was able troubleshoot and answer my questions over the phone when I ran into some installation issues. Everyone I spoke with had excellent customer service and went above and beyond. The new battery pack was an OEM for less than half of other companies I found. Thanks!
I was dreading the cost of replacing my Prius battery but Walter made the whole process so easy. Fair price, fast service, and zero runaround. My car drives like it just rolled off the lot. Honestly one of the best auto experience I've had in New York!
