I reached out to PriusKings as an alternative to an OEM hybrid battery replacment on a 12 year old car. The communication was clear, succinct and professional. The slowest part was the shipment of the battery to Arizona, but they regularly communicated. Finally, Jacob the tech came with the battery and had everything installed in about an hour. I know have a rebuilt battery with a strong 5 year warranty (transferable) at about 1/2 the cost. Very pleased overall with the experience and my care is driving great.
