1 Is being gracious and empathetic. I thought it was me not communicating effectively due to being sleep deprived. There is a clear language barrier but not on my part. I understood her clearly. She was RUDE, DISMISSIVE, continued to cut me off and interrupt me, and had me repeat myself multiple times! There was something that happened while she was on the phone with me.
