I will never walk in their door again, the staff is great but I wouldn’t see the NP nor Dr. Patel. I’ve lost any faith in Dr. Patels judgement in hiring this Nurse Practitioner working there now. She is utterly clueless. There is a revolving door of NP’s, most have been wonderful, they kept me returning, then they are gone. Today was the last straw, the pharmacy had the same medication that has not worked after 5 months of taking it, 6 bottles and 3 today that had to be in 1/2 gallon bottles! Very friendly staff and On time for appointments.
This Doctor withholds life-saving breathing medicine when you show up for your appointment she will not call in a rescue inhaler. Time for a new doctor. I will not let this go. I will call the licensing board and anybody else who will listen! It’s unacceptable! When you’re late for your appointment, they make you reschedule, but it’s OK when she’s an hour late getting into the office to see you when you’re the first appointment. So done!
Don’t waste your time at this office. i’ve had chronic asthma since i was 2, i’m 32 now and have always without question had an emergency albuterol inhaler to keep on hand in case of emergencies. They will find every excuse in the book to avoid refilling my prescription. I come in with respiratory concerns and they don’t even listen to my lungs or do x-rays for pneumonia. I can only say great words about Doctor Patel and the staff (Roxy)! They are caring, kind, compassionate and go above and beyond. The Doctor has personally called me including recently when the hospital postponed a test due to camera issues. Dr. Patel is compassionate and efficient and I can not say enough! I always share my experience with family, ( two of my grandchildren are now patients of Dr Patel) friends, coworkers and even customers at work who so often complain about medical issues today.
