Dr. Singh is kind, personable, patient and thorough. I was totally comfortable talking about everything. When I left I felt that I had been heard and accurately diagnosed and had a solid plan of action. The front office staff are not very good and had left before the end of my appointment, before closing hours and I had to call the next day to schedule my next appointment. They claimed to be in the back room.
My daughter has been seen by the provider Dr. Singh and so far nothing but good things to say. The staff has been friendly and no issues. The downside is to reach them your on hold for a very long time. It stated three mins and was well over 40 mins.
To be a medical office for behavioral health and treat people how they do is terrible. The doctor is great but the rest of the admin people with treat you with malice and disdain. I will be leaving the mercy medical group after the callous treatment I received from these people. Very disappointed
