Rex,I totally relate with you,called owner last week and after being told owner not in office,followed by "3rd degree" on WHY I wanted to speak to him,left my name and number for home to return my call..which he never did? SERIOUSLY, common courtesy, not to mention professional customer service, would at the very least compel a return call,wouldn't you think? If your not professional enough or courtesy enough to at the very least return a phone call, why would ANYONE expect professional service from you,am I correct?
