Rex,I totally relate with you,called owner last week and after being told owner not in office,followed by "3rd degree" on WHY I wanted to speak to him,left my name and number for home to return my call..which he never did? SERIOUSLY, common courtesy, not to mention professional customer service, would at the very least compel a return call,wouldn't you think? If your not professional enough or courtesy enough to at the very least return a phone call, why would ANYONE expect professional service from you,am I correct?
Called over three weeks ago and scheduled for a full dump truck load of gravel to be delivered. Spoke with them again in between and everything was a go, said he would contact me the day of delivery...never did. The day of delivery, I had to call and inquire when my stone would be delivered. Customer service rep. seemed confused that I was even calling; said he would have to check and call me back. Waited 45 minutes, no call, so I called, but now they aren't answering the phone.
