Was driving near Eglin air force base on 285 I believe. We were in the left lane. The driver turned his signal on to pass the car in front of him while we were still in the passing lane. My husband beeped over and over. Almost ran us off the road. Then he wen to turn the same direction as us and beeped his horn like we did something wrong.
