I had eye surgery both eyes,post op the Doctor asked is anything wrong I stated my eyes burn he ordered eye drops. Which hasn’t helped. Upon returning ,the from desk said it would be a $20. Co pay because this is allergies. I dispute this and said it’s from surgery. This office will $20.You for pictures for co pays . It’s only out for the dollar. I would not recommend this office the front desk help is so rude. I had my own frames and my insurance paid $150. For lens only , and I had to pay $20. On top of that.
Giving one star is nice compared to the service I received yesterday afternoon from the front staff member Heidi. I tried picking up my husbands glasses yesterday and was turned down because they haven't received the check for the remaining balance. I gave her the the check number that should've been enough since our last appointment they even said an invoice would suffice to pick up the glasses, but she refused and demanded money or a check.
