Doctor was fantastic the staff was not. I went to get new glasses and had minimal help compared to what I’m used to receiving at the north valleys office. I’ve been calling for months trying to order contacts and all calls have been ignored. I stoped by and the lady mentioned that I needed to go to another office to order. That would have been fantastic to get a call back weeks ago and just told that in the first place.
The Dr. was very nice. But the staff is terrible. The person fits your glasses is much more interested in up selling then actually doing her job. The staff acted like they would like to be anywhere else. The music was atrocious.
So sorry to see Dr Speakman retiring. Dr Speakman is the best.
