The receptionist is extremely rude at this Baker Rd Pritchett Eye Care office. I was trying to find out what my exact total cost for a contact lens exam would be and what I would be paying and she just didn’t want to explain if the retinal exam is simply a cost to me or if insurance would also be billed additional charges. She got snippy and upset and then asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment instead of just being professional and explaining the costs clearly. I came here months ago to get new glasses. The doctor is very nice but the people who help order your glasses seem to be trying to upsell a lot. They have extremely limited options for frames. I was charged and they told me that insurance didn't cover a lot, then the charge was taken off my card after a few days. I called them and was told that insurance covered more than what showed on my receipt. A few days after the call, they charged me again.
