Im posting this for Beverley George-Slade and Carol Gray, We called Pritchards 24 hrs emergency service at 8:50 am and Jon responded at 9:10, he was here in 20 minutes and had us up and running before 10 am. Had the furnace go out on a cold weekend, they put me on the phone with John, an absolutely wonderful tech and he was able to get everything fixed up right away. Extremely kind and professional service! If you ever have an emergency HVAC issue, this is the place to call.

The technicians are great but office staff take long delays in replying, and it took many weeks for me to get an appointment booked to make the repair. Also, they charged my elderly mother for a fix, which was not fixed, and then refused to give money back. Only offered her a CREDIT but clearly she won't use them again so she was essentially billed $500 for a part that she didn't need.
