Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Have several very different vehicles and have always been reliable, considerate and helpful. Jeremy is always friendly and diligent, ensuring that his team provide the best service possible. Jordan and Libby greet you with a smile, taking the time to explain what work has been carried out and are always more than happy to share the findings of the workshop. The guys in the workshop although not often seen are polite, careful and methodical with their workings.
Had my M340 in for inspection due to shudder. Issue found quickly and new front discs and pads sorted all OEM. Also got 4 new premium tyres. Jordan and Libby were fantastic to update throughout, really good customer service and their knowledge was great. From what I could see the workshop is very clean. Great independent BMW specialist and I'll be using them from now on.
Not physically used this garage but spoke to Jeremy re a fault and he was super decent and explained as much as possible over the phone. Wish I'd used this garage first for diagnostics instead of going to another garage where the communication was not very good.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff who explained everything clearly. Very pleased with the quality of work. They provided a professional service at a reasonable cost.
