First off, I always get a weird vibe here, like the employees are afraid they're going to be fired or they don't want to be here in the first place. Secondly, my tires were supposed to be rotated, they billed me for it, yet it wasn't done. I know this because I had a tire that kept losing air and it continued to do so after the rotation and it was in the same position on my car.
