If I could provide zero stars I would. With regards to my past mental health issues I felt continually unheard, judged and patronised. I was just finally lucky to meet a true professional who was able to treat me in a way that my health is so much more stable and I feel like the best version of myself. In saying this, I understand this is a negative comment, however when it comes to people's mental health providing a truthful review is paramount.
