James has renovated our entire main floor, including our kitchen and two bathrooms. James is an absolute professional who takes pride in his work and his passion is apparent from start to finish. The flooring he installed is rock solid, the trim and tile is precise and he is always creative and flexible when faced with the inevitable challenges that arise in a renovation. we were also happy with the trades people he brought in for plumbing, electrical, drywall and hvac. James and his colleagues are friendly and professional
I have had the opportunity to work with Pritchard Contracting in many ways. As a fellow tradesmen I've hired them to complete framing jobs, I've worked for them to complete the siding on their projects. We have worked together to tackle bigger tasks, and I have hired him outside of my work to complete projects such as fully repairing my flooded basement and building a nice deck and fence for my sister. Their hard work and problem solving abilities make them a pleasure to work with!
