Hannah was here within an hour of me calling to check on a terrible smell coming from my AC. While she (thankfully) did not find anything dead anywhere to cause the smell, she thoroughly checked EVERYTHING to try to figure it out. She then discussed other possible causes and suggestions if it continues. My favorite part was not being talked to like I'm an idiot.
I have had a good experience with Pritchard and highly recommend them if you need their services. They have serviced my furnace and air conditioner and plumbing needs. Aj is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had others also here to service and they all have been good.
AJ and Hannah with Prichard were easy to talk to and amazing technicians. We were having issues with our central air unit. AJ and Hannah came to save rhe day. They located a couple leaks from fittings. They were able to tighten the inside of the fittings, stopping it from leaking, and then refilled the refrigerant. I had them replace 2 capacitors as a preventive measure. They answered all my questions and were very professional. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and great customer service. Thanks for your help!
