Excellent experience. This was Tatum's first sale and I was impressed by her knowledge of the various workings of the pickup.
Unfortunately, did not have the best experience at Pritchard Auto this past weekend. Very limited help from sales team in finding a pre-owned vehicle when in a pinch. Drove from their Britt to Clear Lake location to look at 2 vehicles. One vehicle wasn’t even on location and the other one was located at the power wash station. Had to drive another 2 miles to look at & test drive the vehicle. When we arrived, the keys to the vehicle could not be found, so we had to wait over an hour for the keys to be found.
