I purchased a commercial truck from them a couple years ago. They completed the tax, title and registration with my state. They overcharged me for this by nearly 2k$. I'm not the only one they have done this to. Be careful.
I can only speak from my experience after working with Pritchard Auto on four trucks during the past 5 years. Read the fine print regarding fees, and always confirm the difference between what you are paying for Title, Registration and Taxes to Pritchard Auto vs. actual amounts paid for each. Never again.
