Daniil was prompt and got to work on my light gray sectional right away. There was a Urine stain on my couch that he worked very hard to get out. The couch looks great now.
Second time using them and did a great job! Took 1 hour for a large L shaped couch, and was able to get most of our deep stains out. Daniel was great to work with.
