Great service, honest, and went above and beyond expectations
After several tries of explaining what was lacking and being thanked for my input, I am not a satisfied customer. With 3 years of this business under your belt, all tech issues and understanding of the terminology should be resolved. As a senior citizen wanting to support locals, I gave you the opportunity to make adjustments and yet, nothing. Extremely disappointed. Matthew was efficient with his cleaning, was friendly and took the time to walk me through and show me some items of concern for my windows like bubbling on the ice layer of my skylights that I wouldn’t have noticed so that I can be aware for their future care
