The guys arrived on time and were very personable. They inquired about our pets and wanted to make sure they wouldn't panic and run away due to the noise. I was very pleased they confirmed this with me. They were very organized and cleaned up after themselves throughout the house. We had our dryer cleaned as well and Mitch provided us with a new hose as our old one was quite kinked. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting their vents thoroughly cleaned.
Mitch at PUREFLOW provided excellent service! He was responsive and timely. He was able to fit our new purchase in to complete the work prior to the possession date. The work he did was high quality and he communicated quickly when a couple of issues were discovered with the bathroom fan and furnace. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend him to friends and family.
