Mis managed company ! The first day of the chimney repairs they took a 4 hour break to go to another job! When they returned several days later only one worker showed up who had been let go or quit. Wanting to do the work w/o a lic/bond. VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL, Research your options before going with this company ! There are many out there who can clean a chimney but not many chimney sweeps have experience in masonary work. We were very pleased with the work done by Evan, Aaron and Ryan of Pristine Sweeps. Our 90 year old chimney needed re-pointing and a cap. It is now sturdy and attractive again. They arrived on time and finished the job in the 2 days they planned for. They also were able to keep the slightly ornamental style of the chimney top. Pristine Sweeps chimney showed up on time, gave me a fair, honest estimate for a list of repairs. They gave me options on where I could save money and what was most important for the life of my chimney. There estimate was over $1500 less than every other estimate that I had received. They completed the repair on time with no mess and left us with a satisfied feeling. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Pristine Sweeps!!
We just had Pristine Sweep clean our two wood stoves. We had been having trouble with the air draw on one of our stoves. Aaron discovered that the sweep we had used in the past had not bothered to remove the pipe where it connects to the stove. The pipe was clogged with soot that should have been vacuumed out. It not only was clogging the stove from working properly, it was a fire danger. We highly recommend Pristine Sweep.
Aaron nice and honest guy, came out to take a look at my gas fireplace, only to find out it's not easily removable. Gave me alternative solutions, and a free inspection. Keep up the good work!!
