This company was fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. We needed a new fireplace door and they offered great customer service providing options, listening to our needs, ordering the product and installing it. The person who installed it was very careful and professional. Very professional service and we thought the prices were very reasonable!
Honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. Really glad to have worked with Aaron on a fireplace removeable. Sadly, I couldn't move forward with a new install, but he'll be the only one I trust with future work. Left my living room spotless after a chimney sweep.
I’m sure their services are great and they seem knowledgeable, however their information and booking process could use some work. Based on the information on their website, “they do it all”, and there was no clear indication that they don’t service fireplaces with gas inserts. We didn’t learn that they do NOT in fact service any chimney system with gas inserts until we’d been on a waitlist for a month and a half and finally received a phone call from their office. We've had Pristine clean our chimney since 2021. Our previous chimney person was spending less and less time cleaning our chimney and charging more and more money each year. We were very happy with our first experience with Pristine - Aaron was on time, did a very thorough job, provided us information about the state of the chimney we use and one we didn'f (for a decommissioned oil stove) really tidy. Aaron did wonderful work for us. He began with a thorough evaluation of our 100 year old chimney, removed years of band-aid fixes from a less-than-stellar company, and ended with the final install of what was necessary to make the fireplace functional again. He was easy to work with and straightforward about our options.
