We had a unique issue with the smoke chamber in our 1962 rambler and were having trouble finding a good solution. We spent way too much money. Aaron came in and assessed the issue, made a reasonable recommendation, and rebuilt the smoke chamber. The fireplace is now working fine. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, knowledgable, capable and hard working. I would recommend him to anyone, and have.
Aaron and his crew were great. Planning: the discovery process was pretty thorough and fairly quick. He gave me a few options at different price points. We settled on a reasonable middle ground and I felt well informed on my decision criteria. Execution: the crew was on time and always left the worksite tidy at the end of the day. Aaron was on time, efficient and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing while cleaning out my wood insert and chimney. He even gave me a tip to help keep my house warmer when I wasn't even using the insert. Honestly, it could not have been a better experience. Highly recommended!
