i called USA Carpet Cleaning because i needed an area rug cleaned for my client which my workers got some paint stain on. Brian came and gave me a price which i thought was reasonable and returned the rug in 5 days smelling brand new and all the stains removed.
Spoke with Brian on 1/19/21 and confirmed an appointment for 1/30 at 10am for cleaning of sectional. Never got a confirmation call and he never showed up. Also never answered his phone or returned voicemails. Extremely unprofessional to not return a call or show up for an appointment. Very disappointed as the other reviews were great. Would not recommend if you need someone reliable.
