Pristine is responsible for ploughing the snow at my townhouse condo that I own. When the pile of snow was / is blocking access to my driveway, I was told by the pristine staff that was too bad and they were not dealing with it anytime in the next several days and was told to use visitor parking. This is not acceptable and as an owner who pays monthly maintenance fees, I should have access to my driveway or compensation. This company is highly unprofessional in my opinion!

I am writing this review to bring to your attention an issue with one of your company’s pickup trucks. The vehicle has been parked for over two weeks in a no-parking zone at the turn from Wilson Road onto Dean Ave. This is causing significant obstruction to traffic, especially when drivers attempt to make the turn.
