Terrible customer service, quite rude. I had a rug I enquired to be cleaned, kept making excuses saying he did not have his diary to book the job in, never returned calls. Obviously does not like doing small jobs. In the end sent a message saying he does not want to do the job. Would not recommend this company at all.
They didn’t turn up!!! Unbelievable rude and not responding.
Trouble service cancelled my booking last minute, a day before hand over!! NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!
