Pristine Properties recently worked with us on a full renovation of our house on Long Beach Island. Because this was an older home, the renovation involved many unexpected and challenging issues along the way. I used Dan and the team from Pristine Properties to replace my wood deck with composite and they were fantastic. From the first meeting until the end of the project, Dan was super responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. The project was finished ahead of schedule and on budget - no surprises. We were extremely happy with the end result! I highly recommend them.

Dan and his crew were amazing. We had our 1 1/2 car garage converted into a 1 bedroom apartment and added a full bathroom to our basement. From start to finish Dan has been extremely communicative and keeping us up to date with every step of the project. He took our blank canvas and turned it into a masterpiece. We absolutely love it!
