Dan and his crew were amazing. We had our 1 1/2 car garage converted into a 1 bedroom apartment and added a full bathroom to our basement. From start to finish Dan has been extremely communicative and keeping us up to date with every step of the project. He took our blank canvas and turned it into a masterpiece. We absolutely love it!

I don’t think I could say enough good things about Dan. He came in and was super personable. Easy to get along with. Was very realistic about the project. Work hard to get it done as soon as possible and was super communicative the whole time.

Dan is the MAN! I’ve renovated everything over my years, but this was my first roof. Solid quote, super fair and throw in a wonderful personality and it was a win win. Was present, on top of everything from soup to nuts. I will absolutely use his services again!!!

Dan and his crew from Pristine Properties are the best! If you need any updates, redesigns or big projects he’s your guy. He is honest, fair and willing to be creative within your budget. He gave me a project timeline and stuck to it. More importantly was done when he said he would be! Use Dan if you need anything for your home! I will be using him again in the future.
