Great service at a low cost!
My wife and I chose to do the pool school with Jacob because we would like to maintain the pool ourselves if possible. He stayed over the allotted hour session because of all of our various questions. He never broke stride or made us feel like morons, especially when the system itself has so many parts and handles everywhere. The guy is a Liar! And a thief went one time! To see my pool we paid a $100 and never came back! Never answered the phone again! Becareful! Make sure you read reviews before calling anyone have a BLESSED DAY!
I had a technician come out to my property to assess a faulty spring valve due to my spa draining past its normal level. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly someone showed up since I called the night before. The tech, Bobby, was extremely polite and even took his shoes off when invited inside. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed the plumbing. He also mentioned that if I was a veteran, he would give me 10% discount off my overall bill.
