This company ran my pool into the ground for 6 months before I fired them. They would come ~50% of the time that they said they would, my pool would turn green then they'd charge me to shock it. I ultimately had to sue the owner for double charging me for a large repair. Stay away!
Reasons to avoid: - Pristine serviced our pool three times a month at best, despite charging for weekly service - Base price of $160 per month is ~20% higher than the replacement provider. Pristine strictly employs high school kids so I can't imagine the markup from minimum wage - Pristine marks up chemicals 3-4x over retail (16oz phosphate remover for $24 that costs $7 at Home Depot) - The owner is unethical.
