They were supposed to clean my pool and get the water back to normal. Instead, they collected 475.00 which was supposed to include the pool chemicals for the entire summer. They did zero work, brought zero chemicals -dodged calls and made many promises , none of which they kept. They had every excuse in the book including various deaths in the family. I requested my money back, they agreed to pay it back, but of course didn’t. I guess I’ll be seeing them in small claims court. I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy.
I was a regular weekly customer for almost 2 years. My pool looked great until early 2022 when service quality drastically changed. No shows, pool had been green and cloudy more than clean for months. I had to hire someone else to clean up my pool from the condition their regular maintenance left it in.
Quality work, good communication, affordable pricing, very knowledgeable.
