Just like Theresa, Todd and Gary below. Their after sales service not only poor, the “lady” exceptionally rude. Whoever has her manning the desk and phone clearly not in control of what can be a great business. The people in Wonthaggi, what a friendly contrast.
I have called this place numerous times no answer, went to the shop spoke to the lady who apologised took my details and said someone would call me regarding getting my swim spa serviced in the next couple of days, we are now a week later and still no call.
Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices!
