Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job. After dealing with 2 unscrupulous contractors who put in a crooked pool, wall, and concrete splashed up the wall. Pristine Pools had to tear out everything and start over. They made it beautiful. I could not be happier with the work they did. They were professional and their work was exceptional. I can not say enough about how wonderful things are now.
We absolutely love our pool! Jonathan made sure that we got everything we wanted, and you can tell that he takes great pride in his company. This was a huge project for us, and there were definitely some ups and downs along the way, but in the end, he made sure that we were happy!
I booked an online appointment from their website, took off of work and stayed home to meet the technician. About 40 mins into waiting I called the office number only to be told that they were fully committed to normal cleanings. When I asked why I was allowed to schedule an appointment online (see pic) - they insisted that was for new pool consultations only even though it clearly states "Schedule services". I recently hired Pristine Pools for a pool renovation, and let me tell you, they made my backyard look so good that my neighbors started asking if I was secretly running a resort! The team was not only professional but also had a sense of humor that made the whole process a blast. They turned my "swamp" into a sparkling oasis—I'm pretty sure even the frogs packed their bags! We worked with Pristine Pools in the late summer 2024 and could not be happier with both the service and the results. Jonathan and team were super communicative through all steps in the process helping us understand our options and make decisions on what worked for us. We were traveling when the initial digging and craning of the pool took place, but Jonathan reassured us, that everything would be fine and even sent pictures and videos to keep us up-to-date while traveling.
