I booked an online appointment from their website, took off of work and stayed home to meet the technician. About 40 mins into waiting I called the office number only to be told that they were fully committed to normal cleanings. When I asked why I was allowed to schedule an appointment online (see pic) - they insisted that was for new pool consultations only even though it clearly states "Schedule services". Jonathan and team were super communicative through all steps in the process helping us understand our options and make decisions on what worked for us.
