Called this location to get some quotes and had a bunch of questions about service and spoke with a nice man that’s the manager, over the phone. He was really quick to schedule an evaluation and was able to come by and inspect my pool and give me recommendations. I ended up not going for them for now, definitely will call them again once it’s closer to summer time. Thank you for the patience and understanding!
Pristine Pools should be a 5 star rating!!!! My experience for the last 5 years has been amazing. They take such great care of our pool. It always looks beautiful. They are quick to repair whenever necessary. They have always been very honest , they are not trying to take money out of your wallet. They always want what is best for the customer and pool. I know we can't make everyone happy but they sure go out of their way to try.
I chose Pristine Pools after speaking directly with the manager, Aaron, who clearly explained their “green-to-clean” service. The quoted range was $750–$850, based on 4–5 visits. I was told that if the job was completed in 4 visits, the cost would be $750, and only $850 if a 5th visit was required. The service was to include all chemicals, two filter cleanings, and debris cleanup.
