Our pool was in dire need of repair and upgrade. We reached out to several pool repair contractors. Never received a call back from anyone. We got a referral for Pristine Pools from a friend. I can’t say enough what an absolutely amazing job they did. Matt and his crew arrived on time and were amazing to work with. The entire staff made the job absolutely seemless We highly recommend Pristine for your new pool or repair of existing pool
Called this location to get some quotes and had a bunch of questions about service and spoke with a nice man that’s the manager, over the phone. He was really quick to schedule an evaluation and was able to come by and inspect my pool and give me recommendations. I ended up not going for them for now, definitely will call them again once it’s closer to summer time. Thank you for the patience and understanding!
Pristine Pools should be a 5 star rating!!!! My experience for the last 5 years has been amazing. They take such great care of our pool. It always looks beautiful. They are quick to repair whenever necessary. They have always been very honest , they are not trying to take money out of your wallet. They always want what is best for the customer and pool. I know we can't make everyone happy but they sure go out of their way to try.
I chose Pristine Pools after speaking directly with the manager, Aaron, who clearly explained their “green-to-clean” service. The quoted range was $750–$850, based on 4–5 visits. I was told that if the job was completed in 4 visits, the cost would be $750, and only $850 if a 5th visit was required. The service was to include all chemicals, two filter cleanings, and debris cleanup.
