I don't mind paying premium rates when the service matches and certainly not the experience here. Be wary of this company as they make lots of promises for top quality team and that was not the experience at all. Also, they seem to always want to replace items and then use the third party excuse as to why not installed or serviced properly. Lots of better options out there.
Wonderful company. And the crew assigned to my pool install were amazing (sorry but i can’t remember their exact names). Very professional, hard working and answered every question I had. Over all they made the process easy!! Jim Williams
Pristine has been great. Everybody at pristine is friendly and very responsive. Richard in particular goes way over and beyond what he needs to do. Any issues i have ever had they are over quickly. Great company
