Joe is absolutely amazing! He’s been cleaning our pool weekly and consistently goes above and beyond. The pool is always spotless, the water crystal clear, and he’s incredibly reliable. On top of that, he’s friendly, professional, and always leaves helpful notes if anything needs attention. We feel so lucky to have someone who takes such pride in his work—Joe truly treats our pool like it’s his own. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch pool service!
Faced with a late afternoon pool problem we relied on Pristine for our rescue .... renters were due the next day and our filtering system was going crazy .... I had an issue with my pool heater and called in for help—what I didn’t expect was same-day service and a completely new heater installed before the day was over! Richard, the supervisor, was incredibly professional and responsive. He took my call seriously, diagnosed the issue quickly, and coordinated everything without delay. Brittany was awesome. We had some trouble getting our pool open. She came over got us up and running. Worked outside in 90 degree and no shade. All together we appreciate Pristine for everything.
In addition this weekend I had a malfunction on my pool with guests at my home and this company came out and fixed the problem immediately. They are amazing . Thank you This group is awesome . The service is fantastic. Very happy with everything Pristine does. They service my pool and two hot tubs . I purchased and had installed a new one today . The install and the care everyone gave was the best. Would recommend them to everyone. Thank You.
