They cleaned our pool for about a year. $300+ dollars a month for a residential pool was Red flag number one but we were desperate and naive. Our pool turned green multiple times during this time. A guy named Parker worked with us for a few weeks saying he is with pristine pool. Cleaned the pool a few times. He replaced our filter and a few weeks later it failed working. I have been calling him and he is not responding. Is this guy working for you?
I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I called the company yesterday and Mike called back very quickly. He arrived in a couple of hours to help fix an issue I had created after taking bad advice from a local pool franchise store. After hearing our issue was time sensitive, Mike started on fixing our pool a couple of hours later and came back today to finish as promised.
