I hired Pristine to redo the Plumbing in my kitchen and I called them back to replace my toilet and do some other repairs when I needed them. Andrew was consistently professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He always explained his assessment in clear terms and was honest and forthright about costs, which he did his best to minimize where possible. You are in good, most typically gloved, hands with Pristine in my experience!
We recently got our hot water tank replaced on Bowen Island and the two technicians did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone needing help with a plumbing job.
My shower faucet was giving me trouble, and Pristine Plumbing really came through. Got a prompt response and quick appointment. Jeremy, the technician, was excellent. He confirmed the parts he needed and stepped out. When the parts were sold out locally, he gave me a call to say he found them at a store a bit further out.
