I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing. Daniel responded quickly to my inquiry, a job that required city permits, which he handled completely. Other plumbers hadn't even responded. Throughout the process, he kept me informed, answered all my questions, and maintained great communication. His quote was fair and he stuck to it with no surprises. Very professional, kind, and reliable — I wouldn’t hesitate to call him and his team again for future plumbing work.

They came to diagnose an issue with a shower that was leaking in to the unit below. Very helpful and experienced. They spelled out all options very clearly and were very transparent with their pricing. Their suggestion solved the problem, and I would say they undercharged me for the visit. Would definitely go to them again.

Jeremy is attentive and polite. Water kept running after flushing the toilet. He looked at the issues & what he will work on. He let me know beforehand on the issues & services they can provide. He cleaned up after done replaced the flush valve. I am happy to call Pristine Plumbing & Drainage Ltd & will use them in the future☺️
