Andrew came by to replace my kitchen hose sink. Aside from an issue with the faucet fixture (strata issue), he got everything done quick and easy. Really friendly and professional. Will definitely rely on them in future if ever needed. Highly recommend.

I recently had a drainage issue that was causing a persistent gurgling sound, and Andrew from Pristine Plumbing did an excellent job resolving it. He arrived right on time and was professional and courteous throughout the entire visit. Since I was working from home, Andrew was very considerate and let me know that I didn't need to be around while he worked if I needed to focus on my job. Highly recommend Pristine Plumbing & Drainage Ltd! Jeremy was very professional and kind. My daughters live SFU Burnaby and their kitchen sink was completely clogged, so they couldn't cook. I live in Abbotsford and couldn't help them myself, but they provided same-day service and fixed everything quickly. The customer service on the phone was also amazing and very helpful. When it comes to your home.. Fire and Water damage is the worst … this is why pristine plumbing is the best. I have been calling on this company for over a decade now… everything from replacing facets.. to a shower installation.. to a foundation crack … and a water tank and hot water leak ….to a major drainage blockage… excellent collection of guys servicing their customers in three work vans… It’s a frightening thing to not know where the water leak is coming from… to see a flooded basement… all your stuff being drenched.
