Jeremy is attentive and polite. Water kept running after flushing the toilet. He looked at the issues & what he will work on. He let me know beforehand on the issues & services they can provide. He cleaned up after done replaced the flush valve. I am happy to call Pristine Plumbing & Drainage Ltd & will use them in the future☺️

Pristine plumbing fixed all of our issues in one visit: clogged kitchen sink, leaky toilet and slow draining bathroom sink. The tech was very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain everything to us and showed us pictures of the clog, and broken parts. Pricing is very reasonable and communicated upfront before the work was done. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs.

Everyone I interacted with at Pristine Plumbing was friendly and professional. The quality of the work was excellent, they answered all my questions, and they lowered the price a bit in the end when it turned out that the job was a little less complicated than expected. After working with a different plumber that provided no up front estimate that turned out far more expensive than I expected after the work was done, this was a breath of fresh air.

Daniel and his team were fantastic in all categories. We had a broken pipe in our front lawn and they were able to work with the city to get the relevant permits, replace the pipe, and leave the yard and workspace clean. They were communicative and professional throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using them for any plumbing issues in the future.
