Wonderful service and Kyle was very friendly and helpful.
My elderly mom had been without hot water for a couple of weeks after a kitchen fire. The fire department had shut everything off, and the pilot light needed to be re-lit on the water heater. I called Pristine at 9:20 on a Tuesday morning and by 9:45 they were on their way. By 10:30, they had come and gone and fixed her water heater. On top of that, they refused to take payment from her because it was such a quick job. My mom said the young men were very nice and professional, and even her dogs liked them. Great job guys! Omg like, shoutout to Brayden and Nick because wow they totally saved the day at our dental office! I don’t really know what they did exactly (something with pipes?? water stuff??), but everything works now and they were super nice and professional and didn’t even laugh when I asked if the sink was supposed to make that noise They were fast, clean, and honestly just really good at whatever plumbing magic they do. 10/10 would call them again if something breaks (but like, fingers crossed it doesn’t lol). Thanks guys!! ♀️
